If a person of Thai nationality is married to an american who is stationed on a UK air base, how does their visa work? Can the americans re-voke it any point, or is it all done through the UK home office? thanks
It has nothing to do with UKBA. It is taken care of by USAF. On a US air base, you are under the jurisdiction of the US authorities, not the UK authorities. You have no UK immigration rights.
