Also, if you can give any suggestions as to whether or not flat shoes would also look good with it,………..I’m already 5’11″ so very much high heels would make me look like a giant…….and my fiance would look pretty short

The dress comes right at my knees. I think it is supposed to be longer, but I’m tall, so everything fits higher up.
I would say blue! A simular colour to the blue in the dress! You don’t want to wear white as white shoes often looks cheep plus you’d be wearing too much white then! A nice matching blue bag would look nice too! Id say wear kitten heels if you can! Flat shoes don’t usually look good with a dress especially this sort of dress! Plus kitten heels won’t make you too much taller then! As it’s winter id get a closed toe shoe with a strap across the ankle maybe. Good luck x
