Bright yellow and blue kitchen?
Im repainting my kitchen. I live in a loft style condo, where all my main walls are a very light (off -white) blue. All my furniture is either white or light coloured wood. I have light laminate flooring throughout, and my kitchen cupboards are shiny white. All appliances are white. I was going for a beachy/californian kind of look. Im thinking of painting my kitchen a deep sea blue, with one wall yellow. Im hoping to give the illusion of sun and ocean, without being tacky (shells and beach paraphernalia on the walls). Thoughts? Am i way off here?
Yellow and blue are just lovely together.
