In case you’re wondering what on earth it is, it’s a Japanese commercial for Pretz snacks and the song is a play on words.
I have a skirt with similar pleats (But a mini) and when I sit with my ankles crossed and my legs apart, the skirt drapes around me and covers my knickers.
I’m guessing it’s a lot of tiny knife pleats.
