Im worried about my Health, as i have some symptons that im confused about!?

Here’s a little info!
I sleep a lot, i do find my self tiered if i dont sleep for 12 hours a night, and i often have to take proplus to stay awake!
I got scared as the other day i was closing my curtains and i just collapsed and fell into the my wardrobe and banged my head of the wall! It was sosososo crazy i just went like really dizzy and light headed.
Also for two days now, My toes have this tingling sensation, like numbness like when you get pins and needles but only lightly! Its not like effecting the way i walk or anything, its just really weird and slightly irritating! No matter what i do it wont stop! its been on going and i wonder if it will stop…
I would appreciate any advice, and if you think theres anything i could possible have?..

It could be related to something much more serious, when you bumped you head you could have had a small concussion. When I was snowboarding once I had one and I felt fine for an hour but my arm was tingling, and then my speech started to slur and I was tired. I would go to the doctors IMMEDIATELY before it could become more serious.
