No support after purchase except via the ‘Tech Guys’ and I would not trust them with a pocket calculator…….or via a Premium Rate phone number.
PB also put loads of junk software on their PC’s that cause problems
I urge you to reconsider this purchase. At some point in the near future, you will regret buying one of these PB machines.
UNLESS – the company you buy it from agree to do a clean install of Vista for you and leaving out all the PB junk…..that is the only way I would consider even looking at a PB
Sorry – forgot to add – PB are also renowned for using low end, cheap memory and parts within their machines…..just thought you should know.
