Grounding/Earthing
1. Who Grounds?
Grounding is ment and suitable for everbody
2. What is Grounding/Earthing?
Grounding is a way of many to keep or refind the the right balance in your balance and a way to connect yourself energetic with the earth where we live on. In energetic term grounding means to protect your balance. An other word used a lot is also earthing. With earthing you can keep or refind the spiritual contact with the earth. Also earthing means protect your balance but then in technical term. Both terms correspond together so that is a reason why both terms are used a lot for 1 and the same goal.
3. Why Grounding?
We live our life with a lot of energy, but unfortunetly often (to) much with to much speed, therefore often we don’t take the time to take a moment of peace, rest. A lot of energy is present, but also a lot of energy is used. On the moment that this happens and we don’t take suffcient and needed rest then we can not be corectly connected spiritually with the earth and then we don’t stand in the right way in this life what makes not think clearly enough and see things in the right proprotion. So it is very important to take sufficient and good energy on us to reply good to the asked energy. It gives us the power that we need to go on good. It can also be that energy will be asked or taken of us that we don’t realize. We don’t always notice this, conscious or unconscious. A good balance of energy is also very important. Through food and liquid we get our energy, but around us there is also a lot of energy present that we take on us. This energy goes through our a lot excisting energypoints in our body, which they feed us through our aura (outside), our chakra (inside). Under our feets we also have energypoints en these thake energy that comes from the inside out of the earth and it flows further up to our other parts with energypoints in our body. So if we don’t have our two feets good on the ground then this has further influence on our other parts in our body and that makes that our balance does not stand correctly (unbalance) and creates interferances. En for this with grounding/earthing it can give us energy from the inside point of the earth to refind afterwards our balance in ourselfs.
4. When can you Ground?
Grounding is something that we all, conscious/unconscious, already do every day, but unfortunatly not always in the right way. When u have had a very busy or heavy day then u take a moment of rest on the way that you feel most comfortable, for example t.v./music off, reading a book, working in the garden, take walk on the beach, taking the dog out of for a walk, then you are already grounding. You loose the (heavy/disturbing) energy and u load yourself up with new energy to afterwards go on fresh. But this is more a physical rest that you find instead of a spiritual rest. To find a good balance of energy on a spiritual level there are different kind of ways to do this and it something that you can practically do anywhere, anytime when you prefer. If you don’t have experience with grounding/earthing then I advice you to begin on moments when you are alone, when there is silence and when you find more control in this then after you can try to ground on other moments. U will see that after a phew times practise that you will become more experienced and getting more controle.
5. How can you Ground?
We have a lot of different kind of excersizes to ground, but to begin with I advice you to start with a more simpel excersize;
1. Find a place in your home where you feel most comfortable and where you can sit with a chair.
2. Try to creat as much as possible silence, silence is very important for the concentration.
3. Take a seat en place your feet flat on the ground and your back good to the back of the seat.
4. Place your legs in a good corner and press your bottom a bit to the back of the seat.
5. Put your brestfront a bit forewards so your back is bit hollow
6. Breath calmly in and out trhough nose and mouth and repeat this a phew times.
7. when you feel that you become more relaxed, stay a while seated for some more extra relaxation.
If it happens that you might get disturbed by a sound from outside then let this come over you and after proceed where you left. When you notice that this is working good for you then you could try to make a step forwards in this excersize;
After step 6;
7. close your eyes again and repeat breathing in and out calmy
8. Try to immagin now that you tie a rope around your waist and try to feel it
9. Immagine then that the rope is long and that it goes down into the deepest point of the earth, through everything.
10. When have done this then breathe again calmy in and out and concentrate yourself on the rope that is connected with the earth underneath yourself.
11. When you feel this you can try when you are breathing out to let go along all the old, heavy, disturbing energy with the rope going beneath. Loosing the energy. Try to feel it really go out.
12. After this you can try when you are breathing in to breath all the new, fresh energy out of the earth through the rope upgoing into you and also try here to really feel the new energy going into you. It can give you a warm, maybe tinteling feeling.
13. Repeat this a phew times until the moment that you feel that you are “clean” inside
14. You have arrived at this point then immagine that the proces is done and close the proces by getting the rope out of the earth.
15. Open your eyes and feel yourself back on earth.
* if you feel that this excersize is giving you a dizzy feeling then stop the proces. Take a time out and try again another moment.
