Ikea bed with regular mattress?
Has anyone out there tried to use an Ikea wooden bed with the slatted bottom paired with a traditional mattress & box spring? I would like a high bed, so I want to use both the mattress & box spring, but mostly I want the underbed storage that those bed frames offer and I don’t want to have to buy more than I absolutely must.
I purchased a platform bed with drawers underneath. This is the only solution i can come up with. gl
