I AM BLONDE
If your hair really is orange, then you need to go to the salon and get your hair toned – with something like a 10V. However, if you are blonde and have a slightly yellow tint, you could buy a self toner called Prizms, and shampoo called ‘So Silver’ I use it to keep my hair absolutely white and it works wonders in between salon visits. You would wash with regular shampoo, rinse, then use So Silver (its dark purple, and is isn’t meant to ‘clean’ your hair, just to use after a regular shampoo) and keep the suds in for 5 minutes. Towel dry your hair, and saturate your hair with Prizms. Put a shower cap on and leave that in for 20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse that out and your hair should be not only less brassy, but extremely soft and healthy as well. I use the So Silver shampoo every day following a regular conditioner, and then use the Prizms only once every 10 days or so.
If you can afford it though, you should go to a salon and have them tone it, it will be a monumental difference.
