Need help with pleated valance?
I’ve made them on a board before, but my neighbor wants one to put on a rod. Is there a trick to making the Rod Pocket? Should I make the pleat below the pocket or just tack it down and keep it part of the pocket? The material is vertical stripes (if that makes a difference)
