What color carpet would work in a room that has yellow walls & a matching floral print couch in teals & pinks?
The matching curtains and couch are a floral pattern in green, teals and raspberry pink shades and some yellow. The walls are yellow with white trim. I am at a loss on how to pull this room together visually. Either the carpeting has to do it or wall accessories. Help!
Would a medium brown carpeting look good with this?
You might do best replacing the Floral Curtains with some plainer ones in one of the colors from the couch that also complements your walls. A teal or a darker yellow than the walls might work. Then continue accenting with that color (teal or yellow) throughout the room with art, pillows, candles, rugs, etc. Find a teal rug with a little yellow in it and de-emphasize the pinks.
