Can’t find curtains for 18 x 46 window?
I have two small rectangle windows on each side of my front door that I would like to put sheer Panel Curtains on. However, when I try searching for some, either online or in store, I can’t find them. Am I not calling them by their correct name? Any idea where to find some? I would make my own but I cannot sew at all. Help!
How about etching your windows instead. Just use etching cream from a craft store. You could even do a design.
Otherwise, you could try using fusible webbing to cut other curtains to the right size. I don’t know how to use my sewing machine either! So fusible webbing is just ironed on and is washable. You cut it to the length/width you need and iron it on one side of Your Fabric, tear the paper backing off, then fold over your seam and iron the two sides together. You can find it in fabric stores.
