Opinions please…another kitchen question (pics included)?

I posted a question a little bit about my kitchen, not sure what to do with the windows, im going for a French Country type of kitchen…heres my ideas tell me what you think (i photo shopped the curtains into it so they arent actual curtains)
Now

For French Country I would go for the short curtains, however I would end them even a little shorter a fraction below the woodwork, I think that would be more for a kitchen The toile pattern in the picture is definitely French as is blue
