Two Panels
Which kind of seam would I use for attaching two panels of cotton drill fabric and how would I do it?

Cotton drill is easy to work with if you pre-shrink it first.

You can sew the seam with the right sides together and then just leave it at that… or you can go one step further and finish the raw edges with a narrow zig zag. Or you can choose from a whole list of professional seam finishes.
