How do I decorate shower doors?
I want to paint the walls a very happy green color like spring, and I was going to build myself a glass shelf with a lattice background. I’ve been trying to find wooden windmills and pictures of prairie flowers for my walls…
Thing is, I have this shower door now – it’s clear so you can see through it, but it sticks up about an inch above the tub surround. I wanted to hide it by using a valance, but would that look stupid? Any ideas? Can I use any valence in a place where water will be or should I look for certain fabric?
Or should I do something completely different with it?
i have a shower stall that was reworked, i have a gap about a foot wide above my shower door, it just looks trashy, i used a valance that matches my Window Curtains. i used a straight rod with the hooks to hang, i take it down and wash it now and then.
a girl friend made a valance from a plastic Shower Curtain.
