How do you remove the panel over the power window switches on a 350Z?
I want to replace this panel, as it has become scratched. I also want to get in and possibly clean the switches.
Nasty, nasty. I merely asked a question and I actually expected a civil answer. I wanted to make sure that I did the right thing, and for your information I don’t believe that I am too stupid to take care of things. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to see what type of parasites inhabit this sitel.
If you cannot figure out that it is held in by one screw, under that plate in the little pocket part of the panel, then you should not clean it, as you clearly do not know the proper way and will mess up the switches. Or, if you have a newer one, then it simply pops off, although you will probably break it. Regardless, it isn’t a “panel over the power window switches.” The switches are built in to that piece of plastic.
